wedding florals

thoughtfully curated wedding florals for all

Our specialty is bespoke designs for weddings - we love texture-forward details, refined and artfully crafted colour palettes, and sustainable floristry.

Taking inspiration from the seasons and your unique style, we go beyond what’s trendy to create one-of-a-kind florals that will elevate your event to nothing short of magical.

Our signature style is organic, dimensional, and texture-forward, always in tune to the seasons, and with an eye for artful colour palettes. Our work is always custom and crafted with intention; the result of owner and lead designer Hannah’s fine arts background, and 13+ years of experience in the floral industry.

Our process and pricing is carefully considered: based on our extensive experience, sustainable work values, the thoughtful sourcing of high quality florals, and the dedication and care we put in to each event. All of this allows us to create a stress-free and seamless experience for you! We take on a limited number of weddings per season, allowing us to provide our clients (and the flowers) with the attention and care they deserve.

In order to provide the highest quality of flowers and service, we have a minimum investment of $3,000 for wedding florals.

love notes

  • Your quote will vary depending on the flowers, scale and scope of designs, number of guests and wedding party size, among many other factors.

Pricing will vary between florists due to differences in style and design approach, experience level, and overhead costs.

We have an in-depth guide to pricing over on our blog here, with some sample budget ranges to help guide you!

  • We recommend reaching out to a florist 8-18 months prior to your event.

We take on a limited number of weddings per season, allowing us to dedicate our full attention and care to your event. We recommend booking early to secure your date!

  • Absolutely, we always expect that changes will be made as wedding details get refined! Regular check-ins are a part of our process for this reason, and we will confirm all final details and logistics around 6 weeks before your event date.

  • We use primarily Canadian-grown flowers, with the rest coming from international farms in South America, Holland, and the US, among others. We especially love working with flowers from local Alberta farms in the summer!

We aim to be transparent about the origins of the florals used in our designs, and strive to use Canadian-grown product as much as possible.

Check out a deep dive into how we source our flowers on the blog here!

  • We have an in-depth blog post about sustainable floristry that you can read here! But here’s a quick summary:

    • Prioritize Canadian + locally-grown flowers, and be strategic about what imported flowers I use.

    • Avoid the use of floral foam (a single-use plastic!). Instead opting for reusable, home compostable, or no/low-waste mechanics.

    • Avoid painted/dyed/bleached florals. These treatments can often render an otherwise compostable product non-biodegradable.

    • Use low-waste and reused packaging as much as possible.

    • Use second-hand vessels instead of buying new whenever possible. Our entire rental bud vase collection is thrifted and vintage!

    • Bring on freelance and staff support when needed to avoid burnout, and pay them a living wage.

    • Avoid the use of environmentally destructive generative AI.

I love thinking of sustainability as a practice; something that I’ll be continuously learning and working on throughout my career.

  • It’s more than okay! Most of our clients also have a limited knowledge of anything floral, and that’s exactly why you hire an expert ;-)

We have a wealth of experience in the industry that extends beyond design. Sourcing seasonal blooms, knowing just the right variety of rose to match your colour palette, processing for maximum longevity, and creative problem solving is our forté.

We take inspiration from the season, your unique style, the venue, and the overall look and feel of your day; crafting a floral proposal that feels thoughtful and intentional for you.
