Create a beautiful outdoor spring wreath featuring flowering bulb plants like tulips and hyacinth, fresh foliage, and seasonal accent florals. The plants will continue to flower and can even be planted in your garden! Learn basic wreath making techniques and take home a wreath designed by you. All necessary tools and supplies will be provided.
